Hi there! It's nice to meet you.

Haley Nelson,

As a designer and photographer, I’ve always been drawn towards authentic visual expression. Even as a child, it was always easier for me to express my true thoughts + feelings through a design or photo. This form of communication eventually turned into a passion and I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Minnesota State University in Moorhead, Minnesota, with a double major in Graphic Design and Photography, and a minor in Art History.

In 2015, I started Haley Frost Creative with the goal of using my skills to capture real moments, real feelings, and real ideas for others. Whether I’m using a camera to capture the love you share with your best friend on your wedding day, or creating a design to showcase your newest entrepreneurial adventure…it’s about more than creating something beautiful. (Honestly, that’s the easy part!) For me, it’s about authentically interpreting your unique story and creating something you will cherish for years to come.

As far as my approach…it’s all about being comfortable. I’m just your average Fargoan, who watches LOADS of hockey, loves to hang out with my hubs + sweet fur babies, and can’t turn down a good cheese board. So before we even get to the photos or designs, I want take time to get to know you (preferably over a craft beer…or two) and for you to get to know me! Because in the end, it’s not just a transaction. I want to build a genuine relationship with you, for you to trust me as an expert (and friend!), and for us to stay connected even after our creative adventure ends.

And if that’s what you’re looking for too, I can’t wait to see what we create together.
