Today, that means being a champion for great usability and leading my teams through every step of the development process.
I believe, wholeheartedly, in an empathetic and human approach to design that is backed by data-driven decisions and extensive user research.
Each project I take on is an opportunity to try new technologies, collaborate on cross-functional teams, and test new hypotheses— and I believe it’s the best part of the job.

My approach
I firmly believe in a holistic approach to product development that harmonizes the qualitative and quantitative data points behind any user interaction.
The fusion of these data points not only helps us understand the problem at its core, it helps us build empathy that we can then apply to any solution.
I believe this approach helps designers and teams move beyond guesswork so they can harden opinions and create testable hypotheses that they can then measure against to understand the impact they’ve had.

Everyone needs a creative outlet to complement their day-to-day work. In my spare time, I explore my love of photography, food, movies, and music.
